OUR STORY
365Lax Inc., is a Long Island based lacrosse company that was founded in 2008 by former Bethpage High School All-American, Division I Collegiate All-Star & Professional, Thomas Michaelsen with the goal of providing lacrosse specific services all year round which is why and how the company name derived from; the number of days in a calendar year & the appreviation for this sport that means 'All Year Round Lacrosse.' Offering lacrosse throughout the year is important to us so we can cater to all players in grades K-12th with not only their merit & gender but for multi-sport athletes and those who want to focus on lacrosse during every season. As the lacrosse participation rate increases faster then every other sport which ultimately makes it more challenging to make club/travel teams and those who want to play collegiately, this creates more competition which is why we offer the following lacrosse services: Camps, Clinics, Travel Teams, Private Lessons & College Recruiting Advisement. Since the origination of 365Lax, we are proud to have had former players become High School All-Americans and go on to play Division I, II and III Lacrosse.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to increase the growth and development of lacrosse by providing student-athletes with an array of conglomerate lacrosse specific services that compliment the totalility of the game of lacrosse by offering them all year round with the highest quality of coaches who have played at the highest levels like College, Professional and the Country to share their myriad of experience and knowledge to give our players an advantage and the necessary means & opportunity to achieve our main priority; to take each player to the next level. We utilize our elite coaching staff with consistent instruction, positive reinforcement and encouragement as well as catechize commitment, discipline, collaboration, responsibility and diligence among many other characteristics that will change their trajectory of their lives that will transition to everyday life skills & scenarios
