Commercial Appliance Parts and Service, or CAPS, is a new Commercial Appliance Parts distributor servicing the Middle Tennessee area. Our Company provides and services parts for all the major commercial brands including Blodgett, Southbend, Amana, Panasonic, Pitco, and Ultrafryer Systems. We specialize in what we call the "hot side" of cooking equipment meaning we focus on things that get HOT like Fryers, Ovens, Microwaves, Combination Ovens, Steamers, and more. Our goal is to provide customers with the parts they need when they need them. Most non-in stock items we receive within two days, meaning customers get what they need faster than our competition.
