Niets Property Management was started in 1954 when Attorney Harold B. Stein
purchased several four family apartment and townhouse buildings. He leased
them to tenants under the business name Niets Rental Agency. Attorney Stein
earned his JD degree from UW law school and received an honorable discharge
from service as an officer at Fort Benjamin Harrison after the Korean
war. Since 1992 the business expanded by adding apartment complexes,
a commercial office building and a retail strip mall.

Robert D. Stein (BBA-Accounting and BSME-Mechanical Engineering) and wife
Karen G. Stein (BS-Education) are the proprietors of the current entity. The family
business is committed to onsite service of tenant needs, and operating in full
compliance of local and state building codes.

Tenants enjoy comfortable well maintained properties with many amenities including
snack vending, onsite laundry, updated LED fixtures, video cameras, high security lock
systems and state of the art high efficiency boilers and water heaters. Investing in
energy efficient lighting and heating systems are key to our business success.

Niets Property Management continues to evaluate investment options and strive for
profitable operations under close supervision. We are visible at our properties and
continue to run a hands on company.
