Pride Martial Arts teaches Kids Martial Art classes Mondy - Saturday. Our Cub classes are for (3-6yr olds). And our Kids classes are for (6-12yr olds). Pride Martial Arts also has Teen Classes, and Adult Taekwondo classes.
Pride Martial Arts has Judo classes as well. And the Judo classes are for Kids, as well as Adult Judo classes.
Pride Martial Arts also offers a circuit training exercise class called P3. And this class is for adults who are looking for a great non-traditional workout, but still able to have fun and get in great shape.

Best martial art school in New Lenox and the Lincoln Way area! Pride Martial Arts has classes for everyone, kids, teens, and adults. Great instruction and a extremely large and clean facility. I highly recommend Pride Martial Arts to everyone!
