1st Quality Title opened its doors in July 2005 with a staff of four and a small, temporary office. In October of 2005, we opened the door to our very own location. Today, we have a staff of eight, with a combined total of more than 40 years of title experience. Our closing managers are Debbie Phillips and Christy Tippett. Both have their own specialties, are extremely meticulous, and are dedicated to providing you with the utmost in title insurance service.
