As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 22 years, I have been honored to work with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences, religious and ethnic communities. Every person I have had the privilege to work with has taught me something about myself and have helped me to become the therapist I am today. I believe that the foundation of my therapy is the connection I make with my clients providing a safe and nurturing environment that allows each person to heal and grow.

Attachment Focused Individual, Family and Couples Therapy

I provide attachment focused individual, family and couples therapy with a specialty in supporting, adopted, kinship and blended families. I provide parent coaching, to parents of young children with special developmental, emotional, behavioral and attachment challenges. The treatment methodologies that I use are grounded in the latest research. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ individuals, couples and families.
