The company's President Rick Posha has been building, remodeling, and repairing residential and commercial properties in central Indiana for over 40 years. He still has his first contractor's license rubber stamped by Richard Lugar. Rick is a lifetime area resident with a background in all types of construction management. This is a family owned and operated business. Son Ben Posha is the office manager. Son Dan Posha is our production manager. He schedules material deliveries and tradesmen out to get your property to better than new condition. We specialize in all types of remodeling and home renovation in Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Noblesville, Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
