Hello my name is Ken Schumacher. I work with my family to build beautiful, quality hardwood furniture. The species of wood that we use include most domestic and many exotic hardwoods. As an experienced professional woodworker, my specialties are tables and desks. All products are built by hand from my shop in McKinney, Texas.

The products that I build range from rustic farm style to contemporary, modern industrial to mid century modern. My goal is to make your piece of furniture seem like the room was built around it!

I build each piece as if it is going straight into my showroom. If I notice a defect during the building process, that piece of wood is discarded or cut down for a different project. I always inspect and hand pick each piece of wood, not only for structural reasons, but because I want the grain of each piece to balance the next.
