CareerWorks360 offers career counseling and professional development coaching on an individual and group basis through several different package options. Services help high school juniors and seniors as well as college students decide on college majors and careers by tapping their innate abilities, interests, abilities, and values. The Highlands Ability Battery, the gold standard in aptitude testing, as well as several other tools are used to make the right decisions about college and careers. Services are also offered to new professionals who are not happy with their careers or to mid-life and older adults in career transition.
