We buy and sell houses.Some we flip and some we keep for rental properties.Our Mission is to gain enough capital to be able to help our community and other communities rebuild,re-establish and rejuvenate our neighborhoods with more Home Ownership.Increasing families with not so good credit but, have a long standing financial ability and strong rental rapport, with the opportunity to be home owners. We believe that if more people own their home they will be more concerned about people loitering in their neighborhood and will be more active in finding a way to push this unwanted activity out, working as a team to lower the criminal incidents/accidents that are happening NOW. Because owning a home can bring on a since of pride. Our other goal is to build an alliance with all programs that are assisting the Homeless with rebuilding and re-establishing themselves back into the community by providing housing and helping with basic needs. We care about our community and believe our ideals will create a solution to decrease crime in our neighborhoods and rejuvenate our cities with pride.
