Pregnancy Testing: Testing services include counseling on a full range of options for women.
Prenatal Care: The program includes medical care during pregnancy, as well as health education and support services.
Family Planning: Services include family planning options for men and women.
Gynecology: Women’s health program includes annual physical exam, breast and cervical cancer screening, and health education.
Adult Medicine: Primary care includes diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, laboratory tests, and medications.
Chronic Disease Management: Program includes on-going treatment, education, and care management for patients with diseases such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and congestive heart failure.
Sexually Transmitted Disease Testing & Treatment: Services include screening, education, and treatment for sexually transmitted disease.
HIV/AIDS Confidential Testing & Counseling: The HIV program provides confidential testing, mental health, and case management services.
Pediatrics (Infant, Children, Adolescent): Pediatric care provides children with a full range of medical services, including immunizations, preventive care and developmental assessments.
Health Education: Health education counseling provide information on diet, exercise, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices. Counseling sessions are open to all patients free of charge.
