Americrude is a Dallas based independent oil and natural gas company. Our primary mission is to explore, acquire, and produce oil and natural gas throughout only very proven areas in major formations all across the United States. Our primary focus is on drilling wells in proven locations to where the risk is well evaluated and ensures the absolute highest level of success.

Since our inception, Americrude has been utilizing highest level of advanced and state of the art petroleum and natural gas exploration an extraction technologies available to explore and produce oil. We implement horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracture stimulation. We focus our exploration activities in large, new, or developing plays that provide us the opportunity to acquire proven undeveloped acreage positions for future drilling operations.

Americrude is also entertaining expansion opportunities in other areas in the United States. Our core exploration and lease acquisition activities are in the oil and gas rich Texas, Wyoming, Louisiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kentucky, Nevada, Kansas and Tennessee regions where we have access to thousands of acres to be developed in the coming years.

Americrude offers oil and gas investment opportunities through direct participation programs and oil and gas direct participation working interest which enable investors to participate in the potential cash flow and unique tax benefits associated with oil and gas investments.
