Paraclete Incorporated is a construction consulting firm providing management services to public and private clients since 1986. We were incorporated in North Carolina in 1994. We provide management consulting services using proven project management techniques to control all aspects of real estate and facility development projects including scope, time, cost and quality. We currently have two full time employees. Our office is located at 1013 Brenham Lane, Matthews, NC 28105. Carrie Culpepper is the President; Perry Culpepper is Vice President and serves as Project Manager. Paraclete Incorporated is a Woman Owned Small Business and is certified by the State of North Carolina as a Historically Underutilized Business. We are also prequalified by NCDOT in multiple service areas and we are DBE certified. We are also certified by NCDOT as a Small Professional Services Firm. The City of Charlotte and the City of Durham have certified us as a Small Business Enterprise. We are a registered Woman Owned vendor with the City of Greenville, SC.
