We provide an affordable program to help people in their pursuit of health and fitness. The #1 reason people drop out of gyms is that they feel uncomfortable there. Most people are really not sure where to start and typically gyms do not provide much direction. Training then becomes boring and unmotivating due to not seeing quick results. I wanted to help them overcome that obstacle, so I created a comfortable and convenient environment where people want to and actually look forward to working out! You won't use machines. All exercises you will learn are geared towards preparing you better for every day life.

You'll never get bored. And you’ll look forward to coming back. And believe it or not, you will have FUN! With each session, We'll take you through ever changing dynamic warm-ups, teach you new skills. Each workout is more different from the last. Beginners will be surprised at what they can do. Advanced athletes will continue to make great progress and eventually find themselves drinking the 'compete' kool-aid. I also keep meticulous records of your daily workouts and improvements. Here, you really do have a personal trainer but at the fraction of the price because you're in a group setting that is highly motivating and oozing with energy.
