We charge one flat rate per sq foot and don't charge extra for extensive cleaning. We pre-treat/condition every inch of your carpet/tile/upholstery for one fair price. After pre-treatment, we steam clean your floors with at least 200 degree steam. We also provide house cleaners and maid services and provide bundle packages if you use two or more services.
