Memorial Physician Services - Capitol Healthcare

Memorial Physician Services (MPS) is a primary care network of 10 branch clinics and 2 outreach clinics that support a variety of outpatient services throughout central Illinois. Comprised of more than 50 physicians and 20 mid-level providers, we are one of the largest primary care physician networks in central Illinois. Our network employs more than 300 people who assist with more than 280,000 patient visits each year.

Our physician offices and clinics are located in Springfield, Jacksonville, Lincoln, Petersburg and Chatham. Many physicians offer same-day scheduling for their patients, and our Memorial Physician Services - Chatham offers a walk-in clinic for everyone in the community.
