At Fernwood Gym Preston our goal is to give women confidence to succeed with everything they do. As the only boutique health club in Preston, we pride ourselves on the extra touches that we offer. Enjoy our supervised child sessions – Fernkidz, complimentary initial one-on-one session with a trainer and regular program updates. We have state of the art equipment and facilities and offer a variety of fitness classes. Also, our qualified personal trainers for that extra motivation if you need it, or make use of any of our equipment at your own pace.
