My normal appliance repair company doesn't deal with front load washers so I called this company blindly (knowing I needed someone ASAP) and I called at 8:15am and they were here at 9:30 and done by 10am. The repair man was friendly and even tried to clean out my pump to see if it would work before charging me to replace it. I would DEFINITELY recommend Appliance Repair : Jake Johnson LLC..

I called this morning at 8 am and I was given a time frame of 12-2. Jake called to let me know he was on his way 1/2 hour before he got here and was here at 12! He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The belt needed replaced on my whirlpool dryer and he had it completed in a short amount of time. I recommend this business! Thank you Jake Johnson LLC! I normally wouldn't get excited about doing laundry - but my wife was beginning to complain about my musky-ness.

BEST OCALA APPLIANCE SERVICE. Jake Johnson Appliance Repair came out that same day and got my whirlpool washer running again. It would not drain or spin. He let me watch him do the repair and showed me the broken part. I will definatly hire them agian.
