One of the few integrative cardiologists in the United States, Dr. Fratellone has completed a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona, under the leadership of the renowned Andrew Weil, MD. Dr. Fratellone is credentialed to provide the most effective and aggressive approaches to integrative medicine not only in the field of cardiology, but in internal medicine and infectious disease as well.
Our guiding philosophy is an individualized treatment approach that results from nurturing the intrinsic healing of the whole person. We truly believe that mind, spirit and body are connected, thereby impacting each individual’s health.
Dr. Fratellone is more than a conventional cardiologist. His interest in Herbal Medicine has allowed him to pursue extended training at The Northeast School of Botanical Medicine,coursework through the Southwest School of Naturopathic Medicine and American Herbal Guild. Dr. Fratellone is a Registered Herbalist of the American Herbal Guild, one of the few medical doctors in the United States with this rare distinction.
Dr. Fratellone is the only integrative physician in New York with active admitting privileges at three (3) prestigious New York City Hospitals including Roosevelt, St. Luke’s and Beth Israel Hospitals.
Dr. Fratellone is licensed to practice medicine in New York and Connecticut.
