Had our exterior keypad stop working and I called the garage door company that originally installed the door and has subsequently serviced it. They never even called back. Saw a S Florida Garage Doors Doctors truck on the road and gave them a call after doing a bit of research, spoke to a very friendly, professional receptionist/scheduler and had the technician out within 45 minutes. He was a very pleasant, professional technician that obviously knew what he was doing and wasn't in a hurry to get done and get out. Made sure that I asked any questions I had and thoroughly answered them. Bottom line, door fixed and serviced within about 20 minutes. Great work and great responsiveness. Will be using these guys exclusively.
