Our mission is to provide excellent care to each patient to help restore them to their highest level of functioning. We focus on providing a clean, comfortable environment where patients feel like part of our family. We strive to treat each patient individually and empower them with the tools for success after physical therapy is completed.

Southern West Virginia Physical Therapy grew out of a desire for me to return to my hometown and provide physical therapy services to an under-served area of West Virginia. Opening in 2003, I have had the honor of assisting many patients and their families with their physical therapy needs over the past 10 years. Through Gods guidance, a great staff, and hard work Southern WV PT has earned an excellent reputation with patients and physicians alike. Southern WV PT has been serving the communities of Chapmanville, Harts, Logan, and the surrounding areas for over 10 years. Our motto is Providing excellent care with a servants heart. We build relationships with our patients that go beyond our clinic walls.
