About The Trager Approach

The Trager Approach is an innovative approach to movement education. Developed by Dr. Milton Trager for more than 65 years, the Trager approach gives you an overall healthier well being by just utilizing your natural flow of movements.
Using the gentle, non-invasive and the natural movements of the body, the Trager Approach is a kind of holistic cleansing. It helps the patient release the deep-seated physical and mental patterns and promotes deep relaxation, and increase physical mobility and mental clarity.
A usual Trager session will last from 60 to 90 minutes. The Trager specialist will not use any oils or lotions and the client is dressed for their comfort. During the session, the client is just passively lying on the padded table and the practitioner moves in a certain way the client's body naturally moves. It is like having a physical therapy only better.
For better pain relief and to bring back that deep feeling of relaxation, ask your area about the Trager Approach.
