Encore Maintenance Corp

Encore Maintenance Corp is a locally owned and operated commercial landscape and janitorial maintenance company servicing the greater Charlotte Metropolitan areas. We are uniquely different because we offer the option to combine two services with one company.

As the company was quickly growing the landscape division, Encore was in search of an edge over the competition. We quickly realized that if we are going to service the landscape for our clients, why not service the janitorial as well, offering two services with one company. This decision has propelled Encore forward as a leader in our industries.

Our owner, Paul Taylor, has over 16 years of experience in turf grass and horticultural management. He was a class A Superintendent with the GCSAA and is currently a Certified Turf Grass Professional (CTP) and a Certified Plant Professional (CPP) with the State of North Carolina.

He also holds a NC Landscape Contractors License along with a NC Pesticide Applicator’s License. His experience also included 5 years overseeing hotel and resort grounds with Marriott International. Paul’s biggest distinction was being awarded Golf Course Superintendent of the year in 2002 with Marriott International.
