The business offers mobile office services, secretarial and notarizing, within twenty four or forty eight hours. Rates vary and are reasonable. (Ordinarily, people are asked to pay in cash). Clients are asked to pay for the notary travel expense in addition to the notary fee. Moreover, they are asked to pay $20 whenever the notary attempts to notarize a document and is unable to do so through no fault of her own. The secretary is able to perform general office duties, e.g., filing, typing, answering phones, etc. She is familiar with the Windows (sometimes referred to as the IBM compatible) computer. In addition, she has experience using the Windows '95, XP Home Basic, XP Professional and Vista operating systems. It is important to note that the typist has successfully typed more than a half dozen APA style papers. In conclusion, the secretary knows the software programs Quick Books, Simple Start, Word-perfect 5.0 and 5.1, Word with DOS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
