Dr. Leon Popovitz, MD

Leon E. Popovitz, MD, is a board-certified, internationally-recognized orthopedic surgeon who specializes in arthroscopic surgery for the shoulder and knee. Dr. Popovitz treats patients at New York Bone and Joint Specialists, a practice he co-founded, which cares for patients with all types of bone and joint problems using a combination of orthopedic surgery, physiatry, and/or rehabilitation medicine. Dr. Popovitz is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.
