CrossFit Dominus is a business based on the border of Jacksonville, Florida and Orange Park, Florida, also minutes away from Middleburg, Florida. This business created by two friends, Neil Alpahando and Brooke Haas, with the vision of establishing a healthy local fitness community. Both partners have been in the fitness industry a combined 30+ years. They see how the crossfit community encourages a healthy, family oriented, fitness lifestyle. CrossFit Dominus starts all new members with extensive, personalized fundamentals course, educating on the proper form and technique. For more advanced members CrossFit Dominus offers a RX+ program. CrossFit Dominus facility is 6000 square foot box, which uses top of the line ROGUE competition equipment. We treat you like family and our group of students encourages each other in the most positive manner. At CrossFit Dominus we strive to be the top crossfit box in the Jacksonville, Orange Park, and Middleburg area.
