I have stared in repair field science 1998 in 2002 joined Sears as a Service Tech. As a tech i was number 1 in the crow for 3 strata years and they moved me up to mentoring level to teach what i knew to new techs. One of things that i did not like was that new techs been trained for short period of time and and that was it, they have to go on field and customers houses! Even tough there is service technical support available but unfortunately state of service was not ideal and strong. In 2006 i started Appliance Doc and been in business strongly. Doing the job that i expected a tech do in my own house for customers.
