Helical Piers-rotary-driven piers are driven to a competent bearing strata to transfer load from the surface to the stable strata below (average 21 feet). Resistance Piers-use the resistance of the structure’s foundation to drive themselves to a depth where the strata directly supports the load. Soil Nails/Tie-back Anchors-rotary-driven piers that can be installed at any angle to support a foundation and/or retaining wall. Pre-Construction Piers-prevent foundation movement before it starts. Carbon Fiber System-4 inch wide carbon fiber plate with structural epoxy is applied to foundations to counter-act further outside pressure on the wall.
