Dickey's Barbecue Pit, the largest Texas barbecue chain in the country, plan to open its first franchise location in New Jersey. The restaurant serve 8 different hickory-smoked meats that are slow cooked every night with a vast array of home-style sides to the East Brunswick area. Dickey's serves up beef brisket, pull pork, ham , polish sausage, turkey breast, chicken and our famous mouth tasting barbecue ribs. In 1941, Travis Dickeys opened the first Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Dallas, Texas. Brothers Roland Dickey and T.D Dickey. Jr took over the business in 1967, continuing their father's legacy of quality, hickory- smoked signature meats. Under the direction of Roland and T.D., Dickey's Barbecue Pit expanded throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area and became a staple in the North Texas culture. New Jersey will see its first Dickey's Barbecue Pit opening in March 2015. Mrs. Joseline Garcia and Mr. Patrick Fiddler owner/operator are thrilled to bring East Brunswick its first Dickey's Barbecue Pit.
