M&M was started in 2005 by Mark Mitchell and Mason Bowman. Prior to forming M&M, both Mark and Mason spent several years working in the tax resolution industry and realized the need for a firm that placed an emphasis on honest, personal service. We are a private firm specializing in the resolution of IRS and State tax liabilities nationwide. It is our goal to provide uncompromising tax negotiation for our clients while offering excellent customer service.
