LINKSOL LLC provides a Home Observation & Project Quote Gathering Service. Upon signing up for a reasonable quarterly fee we then observe to identify the potential repair issues and/or upgrade solutions of our clients interior and exterior of their homes and provide them with a written detailed report of our findings.



After a review of the report with the LINKSOL team, should the client decide to go forward with a project for their home, we will gather the respective quotes from our database of contractors with whom we are associated and do business with on an on going basis. The contractors we are associated with are known for their quality workmanship. At this point the client has the freedom to choose which quote best fits the projects needs and budget. LINKSOL will oversee and monitor the project for you from start to finish and communicate to you the progress of the project.



We are also available to oversee and monitor individual projects with out having to sign up for our quarterly Observation Service.
