My wife and I had an installer come out and give us an estimate through Lowe's. He did show up, I was not there but my wife said he was really not very interested in hanging our chandalier. I received a call from Lowe's with his estimate and I almost fainted!!! we paid half of what the estimate was for the fixture. $500 bucks to be exact!! How incredibly ridiculous!!!! If the idiot didn't want to hang the light he should have said so and maybe I wouldn't be writing this review. if this is the way this company treats it's clients maybe they shouldn't be in business. i wouldn't recommend this company to change a light bulb let alone hang a light!! I tried to give this company no stars but they won't allow that so they got one!! Doug Brannock
