Trellis

Trellis is a space created to amplify your personal growth as well as support the community around you. We offer Yoga classes, Pilates classes, and massage therapy, all of which is intended to challenge and open your body and mind equally. Inspired by you, we will continue to evolve with the community in hopes of seeing you and the area around us flourish and thrive. With classes, workshops, music, mixers, and other public events in our studio, we offer a collaborative space to explore and express; to take on new challenges and build strength & memories alike.
