Sahara Mart

Sahara Mart is a family owned and operated grocery with a range of products from the exotic to the ordinary. Since its beginning in 1986, it has continued to grow, from a tiny store at the corner of two alleys between Third and Fourth Streets to a larger, more prominent location at Second and Walnut. In October of 2008, its latest location opened its doors on Third Street across from Eastland Plaza. This continued growth is due to one factor: satisfied customers.
Our produce department includes certified organic fruit, vegetables and herbs. No chemicals, no DNA enhancements, no hormones, no wax, just delicious and healthy nutrition. We always choose fresh organic produce, locally grown produce whenever available, and in season, we carry locally grown produce from Bloomington's Farmer's Market.
