Attorney Ken Stern, founder and CEO of Stern Law Group, PLLC, and its network of Law Firm Affiliates, offer legal services to and represent clients who have been harmed by medical negligence, birth injury and brain injury. Attorney Ken Stern has thirty years experience representing mothers and children injured during pregnancy, labor and delivery, or postpartum. Ken Stern is responsible for winning numerous verdicts, and for securing many multi-million dollar settlements for parents whose children may have been wronged in some way by the medical profession. As a leading authority on medical malpractice, attorney Ken Stern has lectured on legal topics at legal association seminars. He has served as the co-chair for the medical malpractice committee for the State Trial Lawyers Association. In connection with his work, Ken has also testified at numerous state legislative hearings, and appeared before members of the United States Congress. Most of all, though, attorney Ken Stern is a vocal advocate for the rights of children with cerebral palsy.
