Charlotte Mary Toulouse is a life long resident of Albuquerque. She graduated from Highland High School, the University of New Mexico, and upon her graduation from Notre Dame Law School in 1973, returned to Albuquerque where she practiced law with her father Jim Toulouse until his death in 2002. Her practice of over 38 years has been varied, touching on many aspects of the law. She currently concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, being a guardian ad litem, personal injury, medical malpractice, mediation and facilitation
