Since 2007 we have been helping you with all of your needs. We offer programs in three key areas: Eating Disorders,including weight management and weight loss,Trauma Recovery,and General Mental Health including anxiety, depression, and self-harming behaviors. We specialize in intensive outpatient programs and offer separate programs for Adults, Teens and Pre-Teens. Our programs are designed to give you the support you need from the early stages of recovery through the aftercare phase. For many individuals we are an alternative to residential or inpatient care enabling participants to stay home, at work or school while receiving the care needed to heal. In addition, we partner with the Equinox and Pandora ranches in Southern Arizona to provide ecotherapy and equine assisted therapy. For those beginning their weight loss journey, we offer weekend intensives that help jump start this process and give you the tools needed to achieve sustainable weight loss. This program is based in solid therapeutic methods and combines nutrition and whole foods eating, Function First movement and personal training, group interaction,and stress reduction skills to enhance your process.
