Not too long ago I got locked out of my company van. This was even more of a problem since I was on the way to a clients house and was already late, so I didn't want to call my boss and tell her. I found the information for Norfolk Locksmith 24/7 online and decided to give them a call just to see how expensive it was. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and the price I was quoted was so small that I knew I had to atleast try it. The guy got out to me quickly and within moments of him getting there I was back in my van and on my way to the job. It was also really great that they accepted cards since I never have cash on me. Great service!

I had work done on my house not too long ago. I found your company information on this website and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician showed up early to our appointment. Originally I was going to have all the locks changed on my house since my front door lock broke. The technician, however, recommended that I only replace the broken lock and simply re-key the other locks to match it! He saved me a bunch of time and money. I was very happy with the honesty and positive work ethic provided by this company.
