I had always wanted to trying kickboxing, when I stumbled across the exclusive deal they offered on groupon i just had to take it! If i wasn't moving to georgia I would continue to go! It's a great and fun way to work out and get your blood pumping! It's also a fun new way to make friends!

No Limits Gym is awesome! I first started out with the Groupon to see if I would like Kickboxing since I had never worked out like that before. I LOVED it right off the bat!! So I decided to buy the unlimited classes for a whole year! Best decision I have ever made because I get such a good workout in!

What an amazing gym. Staff in great, space is great, classes are great. Never had a better workout. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Kickboxing is great for anyone looking to get in shape.

No limits Boxing/kickboxing facility is an awesome place to learn both beginning and experts technique. The trainers are very patient and experience. Their goal is to make sure that my form, balance, and technique is on point. If there is ever a place that you want to get training I would recommend this facility along with its trainers to anyone interested.

My Son Nicholas Smith has been at Kenpo since Sept 22, 2014. Honestly I couldn't be happier, he has thrived since he has been there. He participates in both Kenpo and the JuJitsu class as well. In just that short period of time he has already reached his purple belt in Kenpo, and his yellow in JuJitsu. He has made new friends and learned Discipline and respect. Which he practices in his everyday life at home. The staff at Kenpo, where do I start... :) ALL of them have been amazing!!! Nicholas loves them and talks about them all the time, everyone is extremely helpful. I couldn't be happier with choosing American Kenpo Karate No Limits Boxing/Kickboxing Facility. No Limits Kickboxing class was amazing!!! The instructor pushes you to limits you don't even think you can do. If your like me it's nice to have someone push you!! The facility is set up so nice and so roomy. I would recommend you give it a try. It will be so rewarding for yourself in the end. You will feel like a better you.

No Limits is such a great place ! The kickboxing class was such a great class and a great workout. The instructor did a great job. He made me feel accountable and pushed me to keep going. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! I can not wait to go back!

I started off just doing five classes last summer and had such a great experience that I couldn't stop there! I ended up getting a one month membership which I took advantage of and went to a kickboxing class 5 days a week, and stopped when school started back up. This summer I was having trouble getting motivated to workout, and completely forgot about the incredible experience I had this past summer. Now I'm on day 2 of my month long membership and I'm obsessed. I'm debating on going twice a day some days to make extra sure I get my exercise for the day in. One class kills me, so two in one day will be an experience! I would recommend this facility to anyone, any shape, and size, who wants to get healthy, be motivated, and not feel judged while doing so. No Limits is honestly life changing and the staff could not be more supportive and helpful!

My family and I have been attending this facility for over 2 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. I've lost over 125 lbs through their exercise program and a low carb lifestyle! I love the atmosphere and the staff! You can't beat the price for everything that is offered! Love it!

I really love this place! I get an amazing full body workout every time I come which is about 4 days a week. There is so much variety and I still get sore in some places! The instructors are awesome and push me to do my best. The music is upbeat and helps me a lot too. I am drenched in sweat by the end of the hour class and I love that!

I've been coming here for over 3 years. Terrific work out. I'm happy I tested out the boxing class in the beginning as it helps with your form during kickboxing. Instructors and staff are great. They really push you- just what I need. It's way better than just going to the gym and coming up with your own routine. Thanks!!
