His areas of specialty include construction, real estate and insurance consulting, and he maintains numerous state and federal licenses.One aspect of our business that we are especially proud of is our selection to work on two projects with the ABC television show “Extreme Makeover, Home Edition.” Although most of our work was behind the scenes, it was very fulfilling to complete projects that were not only high-profile, but very worthy causes.Besides our consulting and inspection services, we also offer a variety of advisory services on project management and financial control. From our first contact with you, we will dedicate ourselves to making certain that you are completely satisfied with our service.All inspections include a 90-Day limited mechanical and structural warranty which covers all the major components of your home for 90 days after the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. You will always have at least 22 days of coverage. Claims are handled within 72 hours of being received. There is absolutely NO DEDUCTIBLE for you to pay. 90 Day Warranties will work in conjunction with other warranties.
