I want to explain why I gave them three stars it had nothing to do with their work it had nothing to do with the tech.. but it did have to do with the scheduling of my cleaning. I had called a week prior to have them come out on a Saturday, I only get the weekends off and I like to do everything on Saturday. Well, Saturday came my appointment time passed and no one had showed up. I called the company only to find out that they had scheduled me in for Sunday not Saturday because they done service the area on Saturday... \ It kind of changed my plans for Sunday but it was still going to be done and they were giving me a 10% off for making me wait longer.. I appreciated that, Sunday came I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment time letting me know tech would be arriving on time. tech came, saw, even apologized for yesterday. gave me my set price and started the work. He took his time and cleaned my carpets the right way!!! for that they deserve 5 STARS!!!!!!! Try them out.. just don't book an appointment on a Saturday ha-ha-ha

I called them short notice hoping that they would be able to come out. they were!!!! They gave me a rough estimate over the phone and told me it varies from condition and the type of the carpet I understood and waited for them to arrive. when the tech came he was prepared to do the job. he gave me my set price and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. I gave him the "ok" and he started the work, before I knew it he was done and I was looking at a complete different looking carpet. thanks
