San Diego's Wine and Cheese Making Experience - make your OWN wine and cheese with Curds and Wine! We have a large selection of wine kits, and you can even make wine at the shop! Located off the I-805 freeway off Clairemont Mesa Blvd, we welcome you to come in any time of the year to make wine on site. Our Gold-medal winning winemaker will walk you through the process one-on-one and after 5-8 weeks you take home 2 1/2 cases of wine, complete with personalized labels! We also offer seasonal Winemaking from Fresh Grapes courses, including a Hands-on Course where you harvest local wine grapes and turn them into award-winning wine. In addition, we have basic winemaking supplies, equipment rental, wine chemistry testing, and label printing services available. Curds and Wine also offers Cheesemaking Fundamentals classes, where you learn the basic techniques to make any kind of cheese you like.
