Element Realty, Inc. was started in 2014 by Nick Olson after nearly 12 years in the real estate business. Olson started in business in 2002 at a real estate firm in Moorhead before starting a real estate company on behalf of PROffutt Limited Partnership, a large land developer in the Fargo/Moorhead area with ties to RD Offutt Co.
