Russel B. Peterson, Home Builder, Inc. has been building custom homes and quality construction in the Corvallis, Albany, and Philomath areas of Linn and Benton Counties in Oregon for over 30 years. In our 30 years of experience in building and remodeling custom homes in and around the surrounding areas of Corvallis and the Willamette Valley, we have come to believe that some of the most valuable traits of the relationship between the builder and homeowner are that of which have been built on a foundation of integrity and trust.

Some of the ways we achieve this is by keeping our operations small and by taking only 3 to 4 projects a year, so that we may give each individual homeowner the personal one on one attention needed throughout the home building or remodeling process. Another is to make sure, from beginning to end, that your project is well thought through. This is in order to not only achieve, but surpass your expectations for your project whether it is a modest cabin on the lake, that kitchen remodel you have been waiting for, or a fine luxury home.
