ILKB is nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. As someone to struggles to get motivated to workout and truly just doesn’t enjoy working out, I truly love ILKB. It’s hard work but it’s fun. This isn’t just a gym, this is a family and a support system that gets you results. I’m a wife and working mom, I have a million reasons to not fit working out in to my schedule, but ILkB has really helped me stop making excuses and get healthy!

Definitely not your typical workout place, it is so much better! The instructors are very friendly, helpful and will push you to your limits. The workouts are fun, intense and worth every penny. The people that come there motivate each other, and become friends. The atmosphere is great, they have multiple times for classes to choose from, so anyone can find the time that fits their schedule!

What an amazing group of people! I thought I would feel awkward being around physically fit people with me being a larger woman. But they make you feel like you are a superhero and amazing and the ultimate kick boxer. They encourage you to be your absolute best. They make me LOVE to workout and I've never felt this way with all the other workout routes I have tried.

If you've ever considered any type of kickboxing class, you have to sign up for this one. I was so hesitant to do so because I get nervous in group workout scenarios but I am SO happy I stepped out of my comfort zone to do so. I've always felt so welcome by each and every instructor and they are all so helpful and motivating during the class. It's such a great environment to workout in! Don't hesitate to take these classes, I promise you won't regret it!

I have been a member for over a year. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and feel so much better physically and mentally. The hard-core cardio and all the punching and kicking is a HUGE stress reliever. The staff is knowledgeable, motivating, super friendly, and helpful. I LOVE it!

I joined I love kickboxing a month ago after my mother in law joined and I couldn't be happier with the overall progress I've already lost 13 pounds and gained a ton of confidence & now have something common with her! I'm so happy I finally found something I look forward to doing it's not just a routine it's really a lifestyle! I really look forward to getting off work after a long stressful day and just hitting the bag! Great stress reliever while working out! The 45 day challenge group has really given me a lot of motivation as well! Best part of all is the trainers are extremely caring and supportive!

Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you. I love that they hold you accountable. I joined in October and was worried that I would flake out (because it's what I usually do) but the class is set up so fun that you don't want to miss out on anything. They do all kinds of fun stuff to keep you motivated and coming back for more, although the results speak for themselves. Since starting I feel SO much better. I've lost weight, my clothes fit me better and I have more energy.

iLovekickboxing has been a great experience for me. It takes away from the boring treadmill routine and at the same time pushes you a little harder with motivation from the instructors. With the various schedules I am able to work it around my work schedule and I am reaching my goals for fitness.

ILKB is an amazing place! The staff and members are awesome...very motivating, helpful, cheerful and caring. I joined in May of 2016 and have lost almost 40 lbs. It's a hard workout, but well worth it! I highly recommend it!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ILKB Aurora! I’ve been a member for over a year and never get tired of going. The instructors are fantastic and full of energy! Each class is completely different so it never gets old. I’ve done a variety of workouts but this is by far the best because it builds strength and endurance, promotes self-defense and gives you the chance to punch and kick the crap out of something! You have to join the ILKB Aurora family!!!

I joined ILKB Aurora back in January and I was feeling great until I got injured (completely unrelated to ILKB), so I had to sit out for 5 months. I got back into kickboxing in May and I love it! I feel myself getting stronger and slimmer every day. The instructors are great and really push you to work your hardest and get everything out of your workout. If you're reading this and want to get in shape but don't know if it's for you, just do it. Sign up for your 3 or 5 classes and free gloves and go see for yourself! It's up to you to change your lifestyle and decide want kind of person you want to be.

I love this place!! This is such a great workout! After only a couple of classes I am already feeling the benefits - both mentally, and physically. I believe that it has helped my production at work in a very positive way. For that hour, all of the stressful thoughts and problems are just blanked out. It's just me and the bag. The people there are really great as well! I feel welcomed and cared for. They are so positive and encouraging!

ILKB provides my absolute favorite workout I've ever done. It is so much more fun and motivating than the traditional gym. It's an amazing workout and different every class, so boredom doesn't set in. The instructors are fabulous at motivating and pushing you to your limits, but always with kindness and genuine care for your success. Don't be intimidated by your age or fitness level, or even physical limitations. They instructors will modify any exercises to meet you where your needs are.

I have been attending classes at ILKB Aurora since the beginning of March 2016, since then I have lost 25lbs! The classes are an awesome full body workout with instructors that are incredibly supportive of your fitness goals! I love going to ILKB and get in as many classes as I can through out the week, their daily schedule of classes makes it impossible for me to miss a work out! I would recommend ILKB Aurora to anyone that is serious about getting fit and having fun while doing it!

I joined the Aurora location in mid April 2016. Since joining I have lost 18 pounds in about 6-7 weeks. I feel better and stronger. The full boy workout classes kick my ass every time but they are fun. Glad I joined! The problem for me is getting there as much as I would like and fitting classes around my busy work schedule and child's athletic programs. I wish there was a location closer to where I live so I could easily go more often. :)

I love ILKB Aurora!!! Before ILKB I tried several gyms and programs. I found that I would get bored or that they were very impersonal and I would lose interest very quickly. ILKB was a completely different experience. The instructors are amazing. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. You are treated as family. They really care about helping you and making sure you reach your goal. As work outs: I have never had so much fun working so hard. It is a full body work out. I am in better shape, have more energy and happier then I have been in a very long time.

there aren't enough good things to say about this studio. Amazing energy, amazing workout, and some of the best people to experience it with. What an awesome way to get fit and have fun doing it! I definitely recommend if you're ready to take the plunge and commit to something you'll soon find yourself addicted to! The studio is kept clean and there have recently been more classes added to the schedule to better accommodate members. Theme nights, raffles, prizes, and shout-outs online are a regular part of this gig as well. Check it out!

In September of 2015, I attended my first class at I Love Kickboxing (Aurora location). I am an avid long distance biker, but was looking for an activity that would keep me in shape during the winter months. I have never made a better decision. I thought I was in okay shape from biking, but I soon learned that kickboxing requires a whole new level of fitness. I love that fact that it is a whole body workout. The workouts are hard, but I have more energy and have never felt stronger. Being a bit older (in my 50’s) I was a bit nervous to attend my first class. I needn’t have worried. the staff is friendly, encouraging, and experts at modifying an exercise when needed. The staff create a very positive and supportive climate and “we’re in this together’ atmosphere. This is a place where EVERYONE can feel comfortable, challenged, and have fun!

ILKB Aurora is the place to go if you want a great overall body workout and continuing support and encouragement. The facility is clean and inviting, and the staff ROCKS! The instructors are all very hard working and motivated to help you achieve your fitness goals, no matter what they are. I would highly suggest trying just one workout here.. But be warned - you will become addicted! :)

I love going to ILKB. Their workouts are intense. The instructors are energetic, friendly, and extremely motivating. Working out at ILKB has changed by body for the good. I am burning off fat, strengthening and toning my muscles. I meet at least one new person each class. And I have made many friends. On days that I am unable to go to ILKB, I miss it. I always look forward to my next class at ILKB!

When I walked in a month ago for my first class, I was nervous and excited for what it was going to be like. I'm so happy I walked in that day, because this place is awesome!! These workouts have been life changing! I come from Planet Fitness and running on a treadmill/lifting weights a few times a week and was BORED. This... IS NOT BORING!!! The staff is fun and plays hard. I'm drenched after each session and feel capable of so much more already. You won't be disappointed, just sore!

Going to a new gym made me very nervous especially in a new city. Everyone made me feel welcome!! The class is for everyone. Does not matter your shape, size or fitness level you can get through the class. The hour goes by fast especially after the first 15 mins of hell.

I had been struggling with finding a place and a workout that I would I love and would motivate to keep get me back into working out and boy did I find it with ilovekickboxing Aurora! The instructors are so awesome! They keep you going even when you might feel like giving up. Their energy and happiness is infectious and you can't help but feel great when you leave. The music is fun and upbeat and it is like a big group training session, much more personal than the regular gym. They know me there by name. They encourage us where ever we are in our journey of health and exercise. I am so glad I gave it a try, it has renewed my efforts in working out and that is just the kick in the butt I needed.
