The PELSA Company

The Pelsa Company Inc., originally an acronym for Paraskewich Engineering and Land Surveying Associates, was founded in 1981 by Michael R. Paraskewich Sr., PLS with offices in Montchanin, Delaware and Elkton, Maryland. Prior to this Mr. Paraskewich was a partner in the firm, Govatas and Paraskewich Inc., a multidisciplinary engineering and surveying firm. In opening PELSA, Mr. Paraskewich’s focus was to create a land consulting firm that met the technical demands of the ever changing market while providing excellent service, specifically in the areas of deadlines and price points for projects throughout Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. For the past thirty years, Pelsa has become known, throughout the region, for maintaining the highest level of customer trust and satisfaction.
