Southeast Renovations, Inc.

I started Southeast Renovations, Inc. with my childhood friend Jeff in March 2014. We maybe a new business but we both have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Jeff is a master carpenter and builder. He has been living and working in the Wilmington area for 19 years and has the ability to bring your ideas and plans to life.
I have a background in both Commercial and Residential construction. Working on the World Trade Center Path Restoration in 2002, Constructing a $ 33 M Supermarket to Yonkers, NY, 300 unit townhouse development $ 32 M. the heart of Newark NJ, I have built or renovated CVS stores, Wendy's restaurants, medical offices, Shop Rite Supermarkets, Stop and Shop Supermarkets, Public School additions, Circa 1900 homes etc... Jeff and I appeared in the "Old House" magazine. I appeared on the PBS TV show This Old House in Salem Mass.

I have been coming to Southeast North Carolina for 10 years and settled in Hampstead, NC in August 2013.
