Building Services

Building Services started more than 25 years ago by Victor Manire in Normal Heights remodeling a 1920's era commercial building, converting it into six retail spaces. Following projects included converting the original Adams Avenue theatre into a retail space which is currently still there, "Discount Fabrics", a coffee shop, book store and that was just the beginning. Throughout the years work has been done on large apartment complexes to commercial buildings to house remodels all throughout the greater San Diego area. As a general contractor with many years of experience, Victor Manire is able to work with both commercial and residential clients to create the desired results.



Past clients include Tierra Financial, Patrick Properties, Prudential, Ford Consumer Credit, Residential Capital, Molecular Diagnostics, the vivarium Rabbit and Rodents Diagnostic Associates, ChemCyte, A.M. Chemicals, Cricket, as well as the cities of San Marcos, Escondido, and San Diego.



In addition there are numerous local families who have used Building Services for services such as and not limited to remodels, additions, decks, patios, roofs, and electrical service upgrades.
