The LLC formation was organized in 2011 by two general contractors, each with over 15 years of construction experience. E & M Property Services is a uniquely diverse company comprised of very experienced, highly skilled individuals. All of our craftsmen, tradesmen, technicians, and management staff have worked in their field of expertise for at least 10 years, and many for over 20 years. We are fully insured and carry all the required certifications and licenses to perform work in the various services we offer.
