During our course, participants will learn to master the secrets of Intelligent Sequencing Method, training in both Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and gain the ability to apply skillful hands-on assists. Our center boasts instructors with a combined 35 years of yoga teaching experience and embodied wisdom. We offer two courses each year and, unlike some yoga teacher training programs, participants can become certified in just five months. We offer payment plans starting as low as $337 per month.
